User content
You keep rights to your resume content, while granting LOLCV the limited rights needed to host, process, and export it.
AI and output
If rewriting or generation features are used, you remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final resume output.
Extra agreements
Partner, white-label, or custom rollout work may also be governed by a separate quote, order form, or signed agreement.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of LOLCV websites, the resume builder, dashboard, download and export pages, contact and quote pages, and related product experiences made available by LOLCV.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using LOLCV on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement or use LOLCV through a person or organization authorized to do so on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, notify LOLCV promptly and update your credentials.
You retain rights in the resume content, profile information, and other materials you submit to LOLCV. To operate the service, you grant LOLCV a limited right to host, process, store, format, render, display, and export that content as needed to provide the builder and related features.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or use any content, file, photo, or data you place into the platform.
LOLCV may offer AI-assisted resume rewriting, restructuring, or enhancement features directly or through partner flows. Those features are intended to help you draft or improve resume content, not to replace your judgment.
You remain responsible for reviewing all generated or assisted output before you export, submit, publish, or rely on it. LOLCV does not guarantee interviews, hiring outcomes, immigration outcomes, compensation results, or factual completeness of generated content.
You may not use LOLCV in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful to the platform, to other users, or to third parties.
LOLCV retains all rights in the website, software, templates, branding, visual systems, exported layout technology, and related service materials, except for user content that belongs to the user or other rightful owner.
These terms do not transfer ownership of LOLCV technology or design systems to you. You may use exported resumes for your own lawful personal or business use, but you may not claim ownership of the platform itself or redistribute protected service materials except as allowed by law or separate written agreement.
Some LOLCV services may be provided under separate pricing, quote, partner, or enterprise documents. If you enter into a separate order form, statement of work, or signed agreement with LOLCV, that agreement may control for the covered services to the extent of any conflict.
Public website access does not by itself grant a right to use private APIs, white-label deployments, or custom delivery work outside the scope authorized by LOLCV.
LOLCV may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or respond to security concerns.
We are not required to keep every feature available forever and may change templates, workflows, pages, or supporting infrastructure as the product evolves.
LOLCV may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, analytics, communications, or related infrastructure. We may also link to third-party websites or services. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOLCV provides the website and service on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed results from resume editing, export, rewriting, or partner flows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOLCV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
LOLCV may revise these terms as the product evolves. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, the updated terms will apply.
